Founded in 1996, Weather Metrics first developed weather monitoring systems for golf course management. Weather sensors were established throughout the country and it wasn’t long until a few local broadcast stations requested access to this new weather network. Seeing the potential in broadcast, Weather Metrics began to develop products specifically to help local television stations.

placed, HD cameras, allowing stations to enhance their viewer experience and generate new revenue through sponsorship. Today, Weather Metrics helps more television stations deliver engaging live and local video from remote locations than any other company.
